Introduction
This page sets forth the complete list of third-party sub-processors currently authorized by Motion Ready, LLC to process personal data on behalf of customers pursuant to the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”). A “sub-processor” is any third-party entity engaged by Motion Ready to process personal data submitted through the platform in connection with providing the Services.
Each sub-processor listed below has entered into a data processing agreement with Motion Ready that imposes data protection obligations no less protective than those set forth in our DPA. Processing activities are limited to what is necessary to provide the respective service function.
